The combination
convected air heated plate and wax base dispenser is ideal for the
smaller facilities that do not have the room for two separate
units. |

Construction . . .
The exterior is
constructed of 18-gauge 300
stainless steel. The inner wall of the cabinet
is constructed of .063 high-strength aluminum.
All sides and top of cabinet
are insulated with fiberglass for heat
retention and energy efficiency. The cabinet
is mounted on four 5” extra-load swivel
casters (two with brakes) with non-marking
cushion tread wheel. |

Heating System . . .
Each compartment has a
dedicated heating system.
The heating system is thermostatically
controlled, using forced air
with a 3200-watt element to heat the
cabinet interior compartment. The plate
compartment temperature range is
135-175°. The base compartment temperature
range is 250-290 degrees. Unit
is 208/220 volt, 60 Hz and features a
6’ long 20 AMP power cord and NEMA 6-20P
plug. |

Dispenser . . .
Self-leveling dispensers is
constructed of stainless
steel with self-lubricating bearings
that ride over vertical guide rods
to prevent carriage binding. Accommodates
7” to 10.25” plates and
9” wax base. One wax base per silo is included with the unit for
easy start-up. Additional bases can be purchased separately from
the convection wax base heater so cleaning bases doesn't interrupt
continuous use; a 12-pack of such bases is model number DXTMP1097A
and can be purchased above. |
